Hotel Les Jardins d'Asnieres

Awful - dirty, "bare bones" furnishing, noisy street level, no amenities whatsoever, Arabic guests for one night stands - just awful!!!! AMERICANS STAY !! They take cash money for this dump!! Place smells - sink to prepare food is downstairs - not worth paying more than $5 a night

Better to avoid unless you don't care for the details. While it has two stars, you can't avoid wondering how it got the stars. It was dirty. Old. Bed was very uncomfortable. Carpet and ceiling were full of stains. Bathroom was stinky. Shower uncomfortable. I've stayed in much better places for less!!! The hotel offered breakfast. Not a great variety, not big, but it's something. We enjoyed our trip, even though the hotel was not the best.

This hotel has serious problems, arrived there and the receptionist barely spoke english, the elevator wasn't working(didn't work in any day i stayed there ) so he carried my big luggage up the stairs 4 floors.Room was ok,nothing wow, weird carpet full of stains, the window didn't close at all , i had to sleep in the midlle of december with the window opened , lucky me the heating was very good and it was very very hot in the room .Mouse traps under the bed, bathroom was ok, old bathtub , hot water was working. What was very disturbing was the persistent smell in all hotel , there was this intense weird smell which i stopped sensing after i got used to it (horrible).Breakfast was poor just a piece of bread , a croissant , capuccino or orange juice, butter and jam.Location was ok , close to metro station, took about 30 mins to get to the center of Paris. Not located in a dangerous area, i was alone (girl) walking on the streets when it was dark and i had no problems, Mostly black and Arab people there . I didn;t find it very disgusting to stay there because i spent few time in the hotel but definetly won't come back. if u are a fussy person don't go there, it was okay for me cause i just laugh of anything.Lucky for me i liked Paris too much and just ignored all the hotel problems.
