Le Parchamp, Paris Boulogne, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Minibar with only water, and no AC that works even when we report it to the staff they do nothing to fix the problem, I could not sleep all night because of the heat

A very beautiful establishment that you would not expect from the outside. A very friendly welcome and a room with a high ceiling that provides a feeling of expanded space. A super cute little bit of terrace. Excellent bedding and cleaning quality to be highlighted. Superb breakfast. As for the rooftop, a real joy.

A disgrace for a hotel of this standing!!! Stay away!!!! I had booked a room at the Parchamp for my parents, who usually live in the South but had to stay a few days in the Paris region for medical exams. My father is very ill and in a wheelchair. With the heat wave, our priority was simple: to offer them a cool, comfortable, and secure place, close to our home. We arrive from our trip and drop them off at the hotel at 12:30 a.m. What a surprise to discover that the room has no air conditioning. The night receptionist, unlike the rest of the stay, was professional and really tried to find a solution. We also run into several guests in the hallways who are also complaining about rooms without air conditioning. After endless searching, my parents finally got a room around 2 a.m.… a lower-category room, with a terrace in a pitiful state (cans under the bench, plastic bags) and a half-clogged sink. But above all: still no real air conditioning. The next morning, after a grueling night, my parents simply asked for coffee in their room. Impossible: no room service. We reported the faulty air conditioning again. The receptionist told us that he was alone, that it was Sunday, and that he could not do anything. Worse still: he handed the keys to several rooms to my husband so that he could go find an air-conditioned room in the hotel himself. Is it really up to the guest to do the staff's job? Obviously, no air-conditioned room was found. My father, already very weakened, had to endure this situation when the goal was precisely to protect him from the heat. My parents were exhausted, and the hotel showed no real consideration for their situation. I then called management. The manager seemed surprised, told me he would call me back… He never did. No follow-up, no apology, no commercial gesture. The air conditioning finally started working again, then broke down again. Still no room service, no special attention, no word of apology. Most worrying: several guests I met in the elevator explained to me that they had booked at the Parchamp solely to have an air-conditioned room during the heatwave. They experienced the exact same disappointment. I had a good image of this establishment, however: I have organized private events there, booked lounges, and rooms for my family and for professional events. This trust is permanently lost. We finally found a solution at the Mercure Paris Boulogne: cheaper, with room service, a rooftop pool, and above all, a welcoming and professional team. My parents then finished their stay at the Molitor Paris - MGallery, where the level of service is obviously in a different league. Le Parchamp does not live up to its claims. Do not choose this hotel if you are looking for comfort, attention, or a minimum of customer service, especially in an exceptional situation like a heatwave. A particularly disappointing and frankly shameful experience.
