Champlain Paris Saintlazare

I stayed at the Grand Hotel Chicago for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and the location was decent. The room is very small but that is probably common for Paris. And the breakfast was just okay. The breakfast selections were small. I would stay here again though.

I stayed at Grand Chicago Hotel with my 2 daughters 13th to 17th March for my youngest’s 21st birthday. The hotel staff were amazing before we even got there, Jad and Moélie helping to organise a cake and providing recommendations for restaurants for her actual birthday. When we arrived we had the most warm welcome from Moélie and that warm eel was constantly offered from Jad, Fabienne and Constance, they were so kind, friendly and generous with their help, time and knowledgeable. Jad and Constance brought the birthday cake to my daughter with balloons which was lovely. The hotel was stunning, lovely and clean and the hotel bedrooms were fantastic, had everything you could want, clean, lovely beds and the housekeeping team made the rooms up every day. The breakfasts were lovely and the team who looked after us in the mornings were inviting, attentive and friendly. Location was perfect for and we enjoyed being in local communities in restaurants where local People go was a bonus for us. I really only have the highest level of appreciation and satisfaction from our stay and look forward to visiting again. Thank you most sincerely for a wonderful stay. Jo xx

We booked this hotel as a group of 15 women to celebrate a Hen do. The hotel were simply amazing. The rooms were beautiful, clean and a lot more spacious than I thought they would be! The staff were AMAZING - we were greated by the lovely ladies on reception and they were so friendly and helpful. They delivered our suitcases to our room for us, gave us a list of recommended bars and restaurants and went and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Great location with a lovely breakfast area too. Couldn’t recommend enough! Probably the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in simply because of their staff. Thank you all so much. We all said we would stay here if we was to come back to Paris again.
