This is dumpiest dump of all dumps. In need of a serious renovation. No, actually it needs to be gutted and refurbished. Having said that, the bedsheets were clean (will know of any bedbugs later). First we were told they didn’t have our reservation, then they found it. The evening receptionist said breakfast was included and the one in the morning charged EUR65 for it.

This is a well located hotel near Champs Elysees. However, with a considerable price tag, I was sent to a room on the lower ground floor located right by the breakfast room ( literally, you opened the door and people were eating right there). There was a big bath tub on the side of the room, close to the bed (no separation) and, to my dismay, no shower! The heating/air conditioning unit was noisy, the bd uncomfortable, and the decor old fashioned and tired. No bin in the tiny receptacle where the WC was located, which is right by the door. I am a frequent traveler and know how surreal hotels in Paris can be, but was very disappointed considering the price i paid for this room. My work colleagues were in better rooms upstairs but still said they would not come back to this hotel.

My husband and I stayed there for 10 days. The room was very small but okay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. There are no grab bars in the shower, and getting in from the deep tub was scary. We had a few items from the minibar, but decided it was overpriced so got our water and wine at a nearby store instead. What we had consumed from the minibar was never replenished. We also had laundry done by the hotel. We paid our entire bill the day before we left. Luckily, I asked for an invoice of the charges. We didn’t touch the minibar the last night, and hadn’t for about a week, except to put our water and wine purchased elsewhere in the fridge. Upon checking out in the morning, we were told we owed for the laundry. We showed the receipt that we’d paid it. After returning home, we saw that we were charged $34.00 for the minibar after we had left. We explained that we had paid all charges prior and hadn’t taken any items from the minibar on our last night. They insisted that we did. I disputed the charge with my bank. The accounting system of this hotel is very messed up. I cannot recommend it for this reason.
