Best Western Star Champs Elysees

Excellent hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Fluffy towels and comfy beds. Breakfast is wonderful to not have to go out first thing. Central to everything especially the Arc de Triomphe

Staff were not friendly, rooms were too small, breakfast was basic,room service was terrible,much better places with the same rates

My family an I stayed here four nights for sightseeing in Paris. The hotel is situated close to the L ‘arc de Triumph which was very convenient since we used the metro and RER trains a lot. The pool area was vary nice to play with our grandchild. There were five different water massages in the pool. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds perfect for my back. The staff was very kind and helpful and especially when we needed to call a doctor and get help finding a pharmacy twice. There were several good restaurants nearby and only three minutes walking from the Aveny Champs -Elysees and the L’ arc de triumph. I would love to come back to this hotel another time.
