Holiday Inn Paris Auteuil

Booked accommodation at Holiday Inn Auteuil Paris. When arriving to check in there was no air-conditioning in the rooms. There was no mention of this when making a booking to be advised the aircons will only be turned on in MAY. There was no mention of this on their website either. We requested a refund and they refused to refund us not even taking into consideration no where does it stipulate that there is no air-conditioning. We do not recommend this hotel.

Comparing to Paris it is a very clean and neat hotel in thr middle of Paris Near everything in a very calm area- Reception team are so friendly

We had a great experience at the hotel. Gabriel from the front desk and the rest of the staff were very friendly and attentive at all times. The location is safe and perfect for travelers. The hotel is located next to the metro station of Porte de Saint Claude, bus stations, restaurants, the farmacy, the market, and the neighborhood marche. The room is small but comfortable enough for travelers on vacation mode. The restroom is very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommended. Thank you so much to the entire crew. 😊
