A client of this hotel for over 25 years, what disappointments during this last stay!.. Room 63 It is true that it changed ownership last October Room not cleaned on Tuesday - Sink faucet was loose because it was poorly fixed. We reported it to the reception on Monday morning, but nothing was done - Had to fill the bathtub with the showerhead because there was no button to fill it with the faucet - Breakfast served in the room on Wednesday morning as requested, but without plates or knives. Not great for the butter! Finally, the elevator is no longer functioning well!.. For all these reasons, we will unfortunately not be returning............

I had a very bad experience at your hotel. Items went missing from my room - my waterproof bag and gloves disappeared. I informed the hotel director, Augusto Marafon, who initially emailed me promising reimbursement and asked for my bank details after several days of discussion. Then he completely reversed his position with a second email claiming the hotel is not responsible for items in the room! This sudden change and poor handling left me extremely disappointed.
