Kipling Hotel

This is by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The problems encountered were numerous and significantly degraded my stay: a director with no listening skills, a dirty room, service not up to the room, and a bad breakfast. The most shocking aspect remains the complete lack of consideration for my complaint. Despite several attempts to explain the situation to the director or her assistant, no concrete solution was proposed, and there seemed to be no willingness to resolve the issue. When an establishment makes mistakes, it is not necessarily what defines it. What defines it is its ability to recognize and correct them. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I sincerely regret choosing this hotel and I will not recommend it to my acquaintances.

I do not recommend this establishment. From the moment of arrival, the cleanliness of the room was lacking: unwashed sheets with hair in the bed, a dirty bathroom, and questionable towels. For an accommodation that is supposed to be ready to welcome guests, this is unacceptable. I reported these issues, but the reception was just like the rest: no listening. The management showed no willingness to consider my comments or to propose any solution. I left with a very bad impression and I advise against this hotel to anyone who values hygiene and a minimum of consideration for the customer.

Very friendly, welcoming and efficient staff. Comfortable room, light and airy. Excellent breakfast. Good location for sight seeing. Close to the Moulin Rouge and easy walking distance to the Sacre Coeur and Montmartre. Also near the Metro station which gives easy access to the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe etc.
