Amazing hotel! Our room has a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower!! The receptionist Alexandre was incredibly kind

Amazing property, with absolutely stunning garden and breakfast and dinner! The service was very inconsistent and clearely has room for improvement: some of the staff are very welcoming, but some other have been very unwelcoming, arrogant, and are unfortunately tarnishing the experience. The chinese restaurant is as well absolutely amazing. Laundry service is great but pricy. Some area were a bit of disapointment, no ability to lend a USBC charger but having to pay 60 euro for it felt excessive.

Stay for our 25th wedding anniversary. The first thing one perceives upon arrival is the beauty of the building and the wonderful smell right from the hotel entrance. Very comfortable room with all the necessities. Very pleasant welcome products. Small attentions for our wedding anniversary. Bedding and bed linens are wonderful! Very pleasant pool. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast room and the garden are magnificent, and one feels the comfort there. A favorite for Samantha, whom we met at breakfast and with whom we were able to chat. She is gentle, smiling, and attentive. It is a true joy to see her again in the morning. The small tasks on the terrace (evidently the presence of an old pot). On the day of our departure, there was, I suppose, a meeting. A lot of people in the lobby, in the prince's lounges, the restrooms,... We felt that the hotel had been invaded by very noisy people. When one is a guest at the hotel and seeks calm, it is unfortunate! This does not tarnish the lovely memory we will keep of this place. We had a wonderful stay.
