I booked this accommodation and it is a scam, the owner told me that at 14:00 in the afternoon we could enter the house and when I arrive with my family I find the apartment totally dirty minded and seemed not to clean it days ago. We were 3 adults and a 9 year old child plus a 2 month old baby and the apartment was totally unopenable. I write to the owner and he tells me to go during the afternoon to clean it but I can't be with my children inside that apartment totally dirty and disgusting. I tell the owner to reimburse me the money and that I am going to another hotel with my family because there you can not be of how poorly conditioned it is and tells me that he will not repay my money. Thank God I could afford another hotel but if I didn’t have that money I would have stayed in the street with my 9-year-old children and a 2-month-old baby. A week before I arrived I told them that I would go with my baby and they did not bother to clean the apartment. The owner won't answer and won't return the money, I'll have to file legal action against this person because it can't be that he scams people like this. It's a scam this and he's not able to come forward. Here I leave photos that I will spread all over social media because I will not allow you to scam more families. He's a fraudster who just ruins the trip for people who hire this service. Too bad for the edream websites for not checking these services and letting these people scam everyone, google does not let me upload them photos but for those who need them I am happy to send it.

I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience staying at Bridge St Saint Germain. The listing photos did not accurately reflect the reality of the property at all. The apartment was run down, with sparse and in some cases broken furniture, making it feel neglected and poorly maintained. Several basic amenities were not functioning—most notably, the bathroom sink was clogged, light fixtures didn’t work, and the internet was completely down. These are essentials, not luxuries, especially at the price point being charged. The building itself raised serious concerns. It is a fourth-floor walk-up with an extremely narrow staircase, which is difficult and potentially unsafe, especially with luggage. Even more concerning, there were no visible smoke or carbon monoxide detectors, which is a major safety issue. The most alarming problem was the front entrance: the foyer was blocked with garbage to the point where the door could barely be opened. This is both a safety hazard and completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. I reached out to the host/management twice—once regarding our arrival time and again about the garbage obstructing the entrance—and received no response either time. The lack of communication only added to the frustration and made the situation feel even less secure. Overall, I did not feel safe staying here. For the price, there are far better, cleaner, and more professionally managed accommodations available in the area, including hotels that, while possibly smaller, offer a significantly higher standard of comfort and safety. I would not recommend this property.

I strongly advice to avoid this place if you do not want to be scammed. Terrible experience. 5th floor without elevator. The photos were from a different apartment. The person working there insulted us in French, thinking we would not understand. I therefore wrote a complaint. Several weeks later, a fraudulent charge was made in my credit card, called "BOOKING LITIGE CLIENT". Booking.com confirmed it was not them. I strongly suspect this was a retaliation from this establishment. Please report if you are in the same situation so we can expose these practices.
