Campanile - Le Vesinet - Montesson

Driss the employee was absolutely 💯 amazing, I had an issue at the airport and he was compassionate and helped me through it with care ,grace and compassion, never expected this as we just checked in and displayed so much kindness thank you Driss , we called him our ANGEL of FRANCE. Also want to thank employee of this establishment Jason for allowing me to use his phone to call my bank as there was an emergency as I was scammed 200 euros from " a taxi person disguised as a taxi " insisted on paying him via credit card , he had a machine that declined my cards but when I checked my bank both cards ended up releasing the funds, just sharing this for all tourists to just use Uber or a taxi that says TAXI ask for license . Honestly these two individuals made the above easier to deal with especially how the went out of their way and beyond the call of duty. BLESSINGS THANK YOU Rooms were super clean, loved the bathroom ,large shower stall, we were unable to eat but the buffet breakfast we did see included so much , a lovely spread. I feel this hotel goes out of their way to truly treat their customers as they should be treated. Great place, great people, great price!

Disastrous. Evening staff from 2/2/25 to 3/2/2025 very unkind Young couple very unwelcome... reflections like “we are not at McDo” ...when asking for cutlery. Is Campanile's welcoming policy variable in geometry according to the age of the guests? Paid parking not included and not mentioned on the site. The online reservation even guaranteed by CB does not constitute payment. Bring your credit card. Not mentioned on the site also. The staff working tonight should actually do an internship at McDo!

The hotel was fine, standard. The problem is that the hotel takes payment twice. When we reserved 2 rooms they took card details and although they say they just blocked an amount in my bank account the amount was actually deducted from my account. On checking out they insisted on a payment again. As a result my bank account is showing that the amount has been deducted again. I am now waiting for Campanile to tell me when I can have my own money back. This practice is bad and we will never stay at a Campanile again. I advise other potential guests to be aware of this.
