Difficult to be satisfied finally although the hotel is well maintained, professional welcome and enviable situation. Certainly many hotels of the time in Paris do not do better, but there are too many details missing for this price: tiny room, simply correct bed, narrow bathroom, breakfast buffet whatever. Somewhere between medium and good. Do the trick without more.

I was already going to this hotel little girl since the daughter of the owners was a friend. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet little street in front of a small square, the staff at the reception is very friendly, our room was well appointed, many closets, an office, the bedding is excellent and the bathroom although small is well designed. The traditional breakfast was simple, the pastries and bread excellent. The staff was also very welcoming and efficient. The proximity to Gaité, Montparnasse and Vavin stations is a plus. We had booked parking nearby. Rue de la Gaité is well supplied in restaurants at all prices. I really recommend this hotel which has a soul, no fuss

Very well placed, right next to the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. It is very quiet, no street noise. The room was very good. Very good reception of all staff Only downside would be the breakfast to improve, especially a first January
