Not 5 star, but it's not made out to be. Very close to Eurostar station. Appeared to be in a little bit of a dodgy part of town. A few shady characters wandering the streets (but, after all, it is Paris!!!). BE SECURITY AWARE ON THE STREETS & IN BUSY PLACES!!! Lift wasn't working when we first arrived, but was fixed fairly soon. Guy at reception was REALLY friendly & helpful (with getting cabs & general info), especially when tipped with a few Euros!!! Room was TINY. Bathroom was TINY. Had to keep bathroom door open to sit on toilet!!! Continental breakfast was just ok. Croissants/jam/tea/coffee/juice. The woman servicing that area ran a tight ship! Look, for cheap accom in Paris, close to the Eurostar station, it was o.k. Not a lot to heap praise over, but no major complaints. Just really small.

With price and quality ratio this place is very good to stay, It's very near to metro station which helps a lot to travel in Paris. You can take a 10-15 minute walk to Moulin Rouge without any hard efforts.

The hotel was a really cheap hotel, in term of cost and in term of quality of the room: old furnitures and not perfect condition. The service was just decent. The only pro was the price and the fact that is in a quite central place of Paris!
