Hipark Serris Val d'Europe

I stayed here with my daughter for 3 nights. It’s in an ideal Location for Disneyland Paris about 12 minute walk, shuttle also available but you can’t get back after 12 until 5pm which was frustrating, shopping mall five minute walk away. The walls are paper thin and I had to put a complaint in the last night I was there as it was so loud

For our vacation to Disneyland Paris, we decided to stay at the Aparthotel Adagio Serris - Val d'Europe (four nights, room-only basis, spanning the end of June/beginning of July). Located in Serris, along Cours De L'Elbe, a new residential area, 3 minutes' walk from the Val d'Europe shopping center (with many shops/restaurants/bars), 15 minutes' walk from the Val d'Europe train station (RER A red line), and 150 meters from the pastry shop/bakery (Les Petits Parisiens) where you can have wonderful breakfasts. The Disney park is only a 12/15-minute walk away. In front of the Adagio Serris property is the stop for the free shuttle (ask at reception for the daytime/nighttime schedules). The Aparthotel Adagio Serris property is a large residential complex consisting of apartments of various sizes. On the ground floor, there is the large lobby with reception, luggage storage, a small shop (with basic necessities), the conference room, the breakfast room (at a price of €19 per person/day), and the garden with a solarium and pool. On the three upper floors (accessible by elevator) are the apartments. Our apartment was located on the first floor (no. 111), was medium-sized (23 sqm), and overlooked the internal garden. Our apartment was laid out as follows: a double bed, two small nightstands (different from each other), a large desk with a table lamp, a telephone, a trash can, a flat-screen TV hanging on the wall, a large closet in the entryway with a safe, an air conditioner with a wall display, and a tall, narrow wall mirror. The kitchen area was small and compact; there were many appliances available (refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), a large sink, an exhaust hood, dishes, glasses, plates, pots, pans, towels, and a small round table with only one chair (since it was an apartment for two people, there should have been at least two chairs). Our accommodation also had a small balcony with a view of the pool, with a metal table and two chairs. The bathroom (without a window but with mechanical ventilation) featured: a sink with a large mirror, a cabinet for storing towels, a large bathtub, a toilet, a wall-mounted hairdryer, a trash can, a wall-mounted towel warmer, and wall hooks. Bath towels of every size were available. For stays of less than eight days, room cleaning is not included. If you want room cleaning and/or towel replacement, you must pay an extra fee. The lighting had some flaws: there were no switches next to the bed, and there was a lack of light sources near the sleeping area. Electrical outlets were scattered a bit everywhere, but some were malfunctioning (next to the bed). We found some defects in the studio apartment: an obvious and extensive crack in the ceiling plaster, scratched/dirty corners and baseboards, a somewhat damaged closet shelf, a dirty TV remote (food crusts), and cigarette butts on the balcony floor (presumably thrown from the apartments on the floors above). Many small things that should be repaired to make the guests' stay better. Aside from these flaws, our stay was quite comfortable and pleasant; the soundproofing from neighboring apartments was good, and the bed was very comfortable (good sleep). Free WiFi service was available (the network was good, not very fast). The common areas were clean and tidy. The reception staff was kind and professional. Check-in and check-out were quite quick. We used the luggage storage for free. This property has an excellent location for those who intend to go to the Disney park. I definitely recommend it.

Very good hotel with a kitchen and a 10-minute walk from Disney. They have a kitchen and everything necessary for cooking. They also have breakfast for an extra charge. And it has a free shuttle bus. And 5 minutes away is a shopping center that has a Lidl and an Auchan. And more stores like Primark. Super. We have the Disneyland annual pass. So this hotel and the other Adagio are great.
