Holiday Inn - Porte De Clichy

Been with Reizen Lauwers for three days in Paris. The trip was fantastic thanks to Lauwers. The hotel was terrible. It distinguishes between group travellers and individual travellers. People didn't get the request because... it was already gone. Sandwiches weren't there in the morning. Meat was a meat board. Desperately they were looking for a table to have breakfast because there was too little space. This hotel is not four stars!! Unless one has different standards in France, because that would not surprise me after all my experiences. From now on it will be every country except France.

Excellent location, walking distance from metro station. Rooms very nice, Staff super friendly. Breakfast nicely varied and dinner ideal for our family. Easy to find next to the peripherique. Hotel garage is safe and convenient

Quality service in the restaurant and at the service desk. Customer satisfaction is their concern, and it feels so good to feel like a VIP. Bravo to everyone.
