I loved Hotel Basss so much. A solo senior, I wanted a hotel that was clean, safe, and central, and Hotel Basss was all of these and more! The hot chocolate/latte machine was terrific, and the little terrace and reception area were also calm and pretty. So much to see right in the area, with nice breakfasts available nearby. Montmartre is just a perfect place to stay. The rooms were small, and I should have asked if I could store my actual luggage to give myself more space, but they were well-designed and attractive with light wood and a comfortable bed. I wish the windows could stay open? Great streetview! Highly recommend.

Very pleasant, easy to find, super nice neighborhood: lively but quiet at night. The hotel staff kind and informative.

REALLY FINE LILLE HOTEL IN AN ATTRACTIVE SUBJECT. Nice little hotel with nice (smaller) rooms. Stayed there for 6 nights with our 15 year old son, who slept on a sofa bed, in an adjacent room. Nice, clean and tastefully decorated. Good morning food, not huge selection, but a little and delicious. Living neighborhood with many shops and restaurants. 5 min walk from Metro station. The cute man at the reception tried to make a bag of breakfast when we checked out, but bread etc. was not ready - but pluspoint for the attempt. A bit expensive, but we were there also in the high season. We could come back, but will probably keep an eye on the price.
