Hotel De La Place Des Alpes

Room spacious enough for a couple, always heated and clean environment. The only flaw narrow bathroom and absence of soundproofing with between rooms. For the rest highly recommended for cleanliness, location and friendliness of the staff. Great place to visit Paris a few days

We stayed three days in this hotel, when we arrived we were treated very badly by an elderly gentleman from Coliota, who treated us very rudely and replied derogatorily we handed us a dirty room, when we went down to change it he spoke very badly, in our whole stay in the hotel he was very rude to us asking us that we would pay everything in advance even when the manager a lady who had been one night told us that we could have breakfast or charged to the room instead this gentleman treated us as if we were not going to pay, I found derogatory, offensive and discriminatory. I wouldn't go back to that place and I don't recommend it.

The location is good. A meter or two blocks away. Restaurants and shops around. Quiet area. Small rooms but with the essentials. Breakfast is continental with few options but complies. The staff is friendly. Several speak Spanish. Con: I couldn't regulate the temperature in the room (it was autumn and I had to open windows to decrease the temperature). Small bathrooms. The elevator is small and you have to climb stairs to access it.
