Stay away from this place, 40 degrees and the ac was broken moved to a different room and the door wouldn’t lock and the reception staff said nobody would come in after he said our room number out loud to the whole lobby. Absolutely rubbish service we were told we would be refunded and nothing has been done they lied to us and never gave our money back. Dirty rooms and the staff did not help once we had to move rooms 3 times due to the terrible quality

We were there as a family. Very comfortable room (bedding very good and air conditioning) and clean, quiet for our part. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is located in a neighborhood steeped in Hindu culture. You will always have restaurants open and the train station and its brasseries are 200 meters away.

Honestly, I can't say anything really negative except for the neighborhood (almost across from the La Chapelle station), which is lively during the day but questionable at night. Good air conditioning in the rooms. You can walk to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est.
