Bedsheet and towels were not clean, -Back language maintenance of the rooms. -No dishwasher, everything was literally lubricated with a dirty kitchen towel in sink (without detergent), really unhygienic.

The room was small but clean and comfortable, but there were several errors that made our stay complicated. The central office failed in the reservation of one of the rooms and we had to be there at 1 in the morning, after an intense day, waiting for them to mercifully give us a room until the problem, which was not our fault, was resolved. Furthermore, they charged us for the breakfasts for one of the rooms when it was included, so now we are filing complaints. On Google it says that the luggage storage is free for guests, but they charged for it too. The reception staff remains very detached from the problems when, being out of your country, the least helpful thing is that lack of involvement in solving problems. Disenchanted.
