Jardins D' Eiffel

The hotel’s location was excellent ( close to the major attractions, shoppings and public transportations). Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. The evening staff seem to be unhelpful and not customer friendly. However the morning staff was more pleasant.

Very nice hotel near the Eiffel Tower. We had a room from which you could still see the top of the tower. The breakfast was also sufficient. The room was small but sufficient.

What a lovely place to stay in Paris! I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. There were plenty of amazing restaurants with patrons eating at outdoor tables all around until after 10 pm. My room was pleasant, clean, quiet, and looked out and down onto the plant-filled veranda where one could choose to sit and enjoy the sun or have coffee or eat the yummy buffet breakfast. The staff members were all friendly and helpful, never impatient with my speaking English instead of French. The location was an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower yet far enough away to not be bothered by noisy tourist crowds. If I come back to Paris I will definitely stay there again! Loved it!
