Extremely disappointing experience. We made a reservation directly through the hotel’s official website, at no point did we use any third-party service like Expedia. However, when an issue came up, the hotel claimed that the reservation had been made through Expedia, which is simply not true. Even worse, when asked to provide proof of this claim, the hotel refused to share any documentation. Meanwhile, we provided clear evidence, including the hotel’s own policy, supporting our case, and it was completely ignored. We also made several attempts to escalate the issue and speak with management, but our concerns were consistently ignored, with no effort to properly address the situation. This raises serious concerns about how this hotel handles bookings and customer disputes. It feels like responsibility is being shifted onto the customer without transparency or accountability. Because of this, we were left dealing with unnecessary financial loss and a very frustrating experience. I strongly recommend that anyone booking here take screenshots and keep all documentation — although even that may not be enough, as our experience suggests that cancellation policies may not be honored, even when you are clearly within the allowed cancellation period. I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all.

To avoid absolutely, reception very rude and unprepared, hotel old and uncomfortable. Nothing of a 4 star. only positive note, comfortable bed.

The hotel is in a perfect location and is very stylish. It is centrally located in Paris but unfortunately no Eiffel Tower view from our room. We had two interconnected rooms which worked well for our family and the fridge was well stocked. The bed and linen were top notch. The bed itself was built for peaceful sleep and dreaming. The breakfast was excellent. Not too much variety but everything tasteful and delicious. Only downer is the small elevator. But at the same time the elevator was always working and never had issues. The staff were great and accommodating although at the beginning of the trip there was a language and cultural misunderstanding.
