Marriott Champs Elysees

My husband and I stayed at the Marriott earlier this month, celebrating my birthday We were pleased with the quality of the bed and towels. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety to choose from. Housekeeping responded quickly to requests and service staff was very friendly and efficient especially the porters. Some of the front desk staff need more training: I was left standing and felt ignored while one young lady was on her personal phone and 2 others were talking and laughing with each other Long wait for room after check in (close to 2 hours) was balanced by complimentary full breakfast after check out I would like to especially commend Cira Restaurant’s hostess Hanna, Host Mustapha and server Mamadou who made me feel special and cared for every morning at breakfast . Special recognition to Concierge Violette Goetz for her help prior to and during our stay she was instrumental in making our stay as enjoyable as it was

Great location if you want to go shopping and be in the middle of all the action. However the hotel lobby area is small and the restaurant options are not very good. If you are with family, I would get a place in a nice Paris neighborhood vs being in Champs Elysees.

Gorgeous hotel. Fabulous location. They were so thoughtful as to give us a special dessert for my son’s birthday and even beverages. Very clean. Family double Room was worth the expense. Room service meal was very good.
