Nice hotel with a good location but with terrible air conditioning. If you’re going to Paris during the summer when the weathers hot, stay away. My two nights here were terrible. When I asked them about the AC they told me it worked as it was supposed to be. If that’s the case they can remove AC from the hotels description. I got offered a fan from the front desk that didn’t work either.

This cute boutique is in a convenient location to many boutiques, eateries & wine bars. It is however a bit farther to most attractions, but makes for great walking. We were lucky to be upgraded to their suite in room 54, which gave us more room than some reviewers have mentioned. We did arrive during a heat wave (95-100F), so our room was never cool. They did however put a fan in our room which helped. Most of the reception staff were very personable and helpful & the morning coffee& breakfast option was excellent. The bathroom could desperately use some shelves for a spot to place toiletries. We would probably not return to LeMarais again, as it is very crowded and loud. We also stayed during Night of Music June 21 and had massive crowds outside our room the entire day and blaring musics until 4am.

Very cute, quaint, and aesthetic hotel in a very ideal location, walking distance to many attractions, cafes/restaurants, and public transportation to explore all of Paris. As soon as you step out of the hotel you are in a popular area. I booked a night very last minute and am grateful they had availability. The staff was very warm and welcoming. I initially booked their most affordable (smallest) room and it was much smaller than I imagined. Very, very, very small. So I upgraded to a larger room, which was spacious enough to have a couch and a little hallway. A Parisian dream of a hotel room. I came during a heatwave, and unfortunately, the A/C wasn't strong enough to keep the room cool, so it was a warm night. I also stayed on a weekend, and it was pretty loud outside (I'm assuming from a bar nearby). While I didn't enjoy the cafe in the lobby, I love that the hotel has a cute cafe in the lobby.
