Zero air conditioning, broken (they say) for about a month, and it seems they have no intention of fixing it. Small and not very clean room, a box found behind the curtain of a window that kept us company. Staff, despite many Italian customers, does not speak a word. Wardrobe about 60 cm wide, we practically left the suitcases at the foot of the bed. A shower pipe broke (it can happen), reported to the staff, and I ask if they can repair it in the morning since we were out. I understand that it may not be possible, so I request a room change; they say it's fine but after 3 PM (I don't understand why since I am already in the facility), okay, I say, I will close the suitcases, and could you kindly handle the change since I am about to leave. Well, I return in the afternoon and find the suitcases in the lobby.... At that point, I throw in the towel. Breakfast was nothing special, except that there was not a good smell in the room.

This hotel I booked via my Amex and was listed as 4 stars. It’s definitely a 1 star hotel. The price is not listed correctly for what you get. Rooms are small, one elevator that can only fit you and a bag, AND THE AC IN JUNE’s HEAT WAVE DID NOT WORK. They give you a portable fan that takes up space and does not cool area. I was also a solo female traveler and the housekeeper tried coming into my room when I had the “ do not disturb” sign on the door. When I jumped up to block the door and ask him why he just said sorry I also informed the front desk and they said they would speak to him about it. Not okay or safe for a solo female traveler!

Small very nice boutique Hotel. Stayed for six nights had reservations for 3 rooms. Hotel charged me before check in $233. plus a $7.00 charge for each room. When we checked in the charges dropped which the hotel said would happen so I paid the $1400 for my room for the week. After I paid the full price The 3 charges showed up again on my charge card. The hotel staff told me at check out they found the mistake and I would get a credit. It's a month. no credit. Emailed them, no answer.
