New Opera

This is a really clean, nicely appointed Hotel with very comfortable beds. Decor is timeless modern and very nicely kept. Loved the coloured tiles in the bathroom and the room had a lovely, fresh smell when I entered. It has all a person could need and whilst my stay for one night was for business, I’d definitely come back! I didn’t try the breakfast because I was in a rush to leave but this place has a great feel to it! Cleaning and reception staff were really helpful and friendly.

Great location to Saint Lazare. My wife and I stayed 2 nights and have no complaints. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was small, but that is Paris. Bathroom was amazing. Shower was excellent. Did not have the breakfast, but it looked good. Highly recommend!

A fire alarm went off at 7 a.m., the hotel staff stayed at the reception knowing it was a false alarm, we in the room worried and upset at that terrible noise went down to see what happened. On the way down they told us it was nothing we didn't worry about. I find it a lack of involvement and a lethargy on the part of the hotel reception not to explain and reassure the guest.
