NOMAD Paris Roissy CDG

A wonderful welcome and absolute kindness. Very decent rooms for a top-notch price-quality ratio, 10 minutes from the airport with a free shuttle. Buffet breakfast, perfect. Nothing to complain about regarding this establishment, which does more than the job.

Arrived on Sunday July 12 at check in time. Room not available for an hour. Lobby dirty, food crumbs and yogurt stains on the lobby floor. Dog food pieces in the hallway by the elevator. Dirty dishes on the tables in the lobby. Lobby bar promised to open at 7 pm. No worker showed up to work the bar all night. Front gate shift at 8:30 pm. Apparently the day shift instructed the night shift to ignore us. The only job they do well apparently .Came down to the lobby around three to ask if I could get help opening a wine bottle of my own. She was in the back room on the phone playing games. Nobody at the front desk. Asked when does the 7pm bar open at 9:30....the bartender never showed up for work. The new front desk girl said she couldn't help us. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again, and will warn everybody to avoid this establishment. Awful service, dirty lobby, no food or bar service. Terrible.

Very well-maintained transit hotel: very quiet, very clean, welcoming staff. Much cheaper than the hotels at CDG. There is not a restaurant as such, but I recommend Casa Nostra a few minutes' walk away (first left when exiting, then first right).
