The Peninsula Paris

We stayed at The Peninsula Paris as part of our trip to France. When we arrived, we were greeted and welcomed very warmly by the Peninsula staff members in front of the entrance as well as at the reception for checking in. We had a wonderful room with balconies giving a perfect view of la Tour Eiffel. We had a large bedroom and living area with high ceilings and a spacious bathroom. It was comfortably furnished with high-quality materials and equipped with modern control options via tablets and touch screens for the light play and the air condition. The room was lovely prepared several times during the day. Many thanks to the Peninsula staff members for making the stay so cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. There’s a wide selection of delicious dishes. We recommend the delicious egg dishes and the bakery products with marmelade. We also recommend a visit to the spa. You can relax on the loungers by the large pool area. Especially after visiting the museums and after shopping tours you can relax and refresh for the evening agenda and dinner. We especially like to thank Head Concierge Vanessa, who made every wish possible and took fantastic care of us. We also like to give special thanks to Rachid, Zeling, Steven and Julien, who did an excellent job of attending to all our needs and requests. We absolutely recommend the Peninsula for an unforgettable stay in Paris. We give The Peninsula Paris 5 out of 5 stars! We are looking forward to come back again!

Our engagement at The Peninsula Paris was truly one of the most unforgettable moments of our lives. While the hotel itself is breathtaking and every detail reflects excellence, it was the incredible people who made this experience so extraordinary. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Nicole, the Front Desk Supervisor. From the moment I first arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. She went above and beyond to help us secure the most beautiful room, and her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail immediately made us feel at home. Nicole’s kindness and willingness to do everything she could to make our stay exceptional set the tone for the entire experience, and we are so grateful for everything she did. A heartfelt thank you to Steven, the Guest Relations Manager, who embodied true luxury hospitality. He regularly checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect, graciously arranged a late checkout so we could enjoy every last moment without feeling rushed, and even organized a beautiful car ride home after our engagement. His thoughtfulness, generosity, and genuine care made us feel incredibly special, and his dedication did not go unnoticed. Finally, I cannot thank Anastasios, from the Chef Reception team enough. He played an essential role in planning the proposal and was by my side throughout the day, checking in on me, making sure every detail was perfectly coordinated, and keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. In the final moments before I got down on one knee, he was there ensuring everything was exactly as we had envisioned. His calm presence, attention to detail, and genuine excitement for us gave me complete confidence that everything would be perfect. What touched us most was that none of them treated this as just another guest request. They treated it as if it were their own special occasion, pouring genuine care and heart into every detail. That level of hospitality is incredibly rare, and it is something we will never forget. Nicole, Steven, and Anastasios didn’t just provide exceptional service—they became part of one of the most meaningful days of our lives. Without them, our engagement simply would not have been the same. The Peninsula Paris is undoubtedly one of the finest hotels in the world, but its greatest luxury is its people. Thank you for creating memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We cannot wait to return to the place where our forever began.

The Peninsula Paris is truly fabulous. The hotel is impeccable! True luxury. The NY and Chicago Peninsulas we’ve stayed at do not even come close. The reception area is extremely elegant , check in was seamless, the rooms absolutely gorgeous and super comfortable, the service and amenities excellent. The 65 foot pool amazing and the gym is decent. My husband loved his massage and spa experience. Highly recommend.
