We had a truly wonderful stay at the West End Hotel and cannot recommend it enough to anyone visiting Paris.
The highlight of our trip was the exceptional service. Every single staff member we encountered, including the front desk team, room service, and the bellhops were extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were thrilled to receive an unexpected upgrade to a beautiful junior suite! They also pay attention to the smallest details; when it started raining, they immediately provided us with an umbrella.
Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel's location is fantastic and made exploring the city incredibly easy. Breakfast each morning was sufficient, fresh, and gave us a great start to our days.
