Ideal central location with plenty of free parking behind the hotel. We paid for a room with view over the harbour looking out to sea, room 302. Worth the extra charge. Nice design, reflecting a ship's cabin and it had two chairs. Buffet breakfast provided as much to eat and drink as you wanted. Nice cheeses and fresh bread. Self service egg boiler was a nice touch. While having a large area of windows on two sides of our room afforded really good views, there was only one opening window, so the inside temperature was, at times, uncomfortably hot. Considering we were in France, the quality of the croissants and pastries was disappointing.

The staff were friendly even though my French was bad. The wifi wasn’t working when I got there so they made sure I could use the business one. They also lent me an adapter. It’s very close to the beach and is located right on a canal in a quiet corner of town
