On a positive note it was easy to park and the parking was free. Breakfast was very good. On a less postitve note the room was very small and smelt strongly of cigarettes which we found disgusting. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work and the toilet seat was not attached properly. The was a gouge in the bathroom wall. Wallpaper was peeling and the decor was very dated. The train station is virtually next door and it felt like the eurotunnel was directly underneath as there was a lot of vibration. This and the sound of trains throughout the night disturbed our sleep. Disappointing for 104 euros.

hello Expensive and mediocre hotel but above all incompetent staff who couldn't care less about the guests! The manager even told me she was going to resign, her boss lives in Dieppe and has abandoned the hotel! A real bad TV series. Plus, the coffee machine has been broken for 3 days. Breakfast is 14 euros. A bit of lukewarm water and instant coffee. And that's supposed to be okay!! In short, stay away!!!

A rare welcome these days, empathy and kindness, after a difficult day, a comfortable and clean room, a secure closed parking lot (motorcycle trip), a bar, an excellent breakfast, a person at the reception (Catherine, thank you) who welcomes us and provides information on all our requests, nothing but good memories!! A hotel with old-world charm if you pass through Calais, which is also a very beautiful city.
