Ibis Calais

Great hotel for overnight stop at beginning or end of your trip. Lots of onsite parking with electric charging on site - now a requisite for us! Room as expected basic but very clean and comfortable Small bar (restaurant closed when we were there) Very good breakfast included Would stay again

The room smelled of cigarettes, the bathroom was grotty with a repaired punch hole through the door. The shower was lukewarm and towels thin. I woke up covered in insect bites the next day. The food in the restaurant was poor, would not recommend this hotel.

Horrible location. Truly horrid hotel and room, tired doesn’t even begin to describe it. Bathroom stinks. Water lukewarm in shower. No restaurant at the weekend which may on reflection have been a blessing. Lady on check-in and “bar” was lovely. Give it a miss.
