Ace Hotel

Very pleasant, kind, clean hotel room, comfortable bed.

Very clean room, super soundproofing, highway and TGV line just misses but no noise. Great welcome ( Sunday night). Breakfast is perhaps a little too expensive...... Pets accepted and for us it is a plus!

I've been visiting this Pension once or twice a year since it opened. In my opinion it was the best in the hotel area (I tried them all). The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The bedding is pretty good. Soundproofing too (you can hardly hear the motorway and the TGV passing nearby). There is guarded parking at night. The staff is very kind. Etc... Unfortunately for 2/3 years, I can only see a slow deterioration of the place ... Pipelines often clogged or to the limit. Hair dryers that work every other time. Housekeeping is getting worse. Buckets intended to collect water from leaks arranged for more than a year everywhere (at the entrance and in the room) and which give a bad Impression upon arrival. Etc, etc... All for an Award that keeps climbing. The worst being the 9€ Breakfast which is absolutely not worth it. Anyway! If no renovations/improvements are made in the coming months, customers will eventually turn to the competition. And that's a shame...
