Just catastrophic, unsanitary, on the way back from Spain we wanted a night of rest, that was not the case at all, ants everywhere, inside the fridge with mold, the faucets taped up, in short, avoid at all costs, we are super disappointed. What a shame not to respect one's customers.

I am giving one star only because it is impossible to give less.
We stayed at this establishment on the night of July 12 to 13. Upon our arrival, the pool was in a very disappointing state of cleanliness and occupied by a group of people from outside the hotel, which prevented guests from enjoying it.
The most serious incident occurred during the night: this same group returned and organized a party around the pool until the early morning, with music, shouting, consumption of alcohol and nitrous oxide. The disturbances were such that we practically did not sleep. Despite the presence of a security service, nothing was done to restore calm and ensure the tranquility of the guests. We left the hotel at 7 a.m. sharp, exhausted.
I sent a complaint requesting a refund for that night, then a follow-up a few days later. To this day, I have received absolutely no response, not even an acknowledgment of receipt. I had, however, chosen to wait before posting this review in order to give the establishment the opportunity to acknowledge the facts and provide a solution.
Beyond this particularly disastrous night, it is the total lack of consideration for guests that motivates this review today. An experience I wouldn't wish on anyone and an establishment I unfortunately cannot recommend.

When we arrived, the apartment was not clean; there was a lot of dirt on the floor, the vacuum had not been used everywhere, and the dishwasher had not been emptied. The shower system was broken, making it difficult to take a shower instead of a bath. This serviced apartment is very expensive for the services provided.
