Hotel Les Nations

Initially we were planning to have Vichy as a first stop before exploring the Dordogne-Perigord region. Which we skipped because of the heath wave! But Vichy is really a nice relaxed place reminding us a bit of Baden-Baden. Not easily accessible but worth a visit !

Breakfast is "amazing." The location in the city center, near the restaurants along the Allier, has a downside: parking. But there is a drop-off area, and know that if you are frugal but not too lazy, there is a way to park for free on the other side of the Allier, at the Carré d'As shopping center parking lot (a 10-minute drive that is quite pleasant). The kids club is a highlight of the hotel.

Very good welcome, spacious room, comfortable bedding, separate toilet from the bathroom. Cleanliness, impeccable service. The breakfast buffet is diverse and varied, with good local products. We will return.
