Welcoming, interesting decoration of the whole, room inspired by regional spots, not huge but enough for one night Comfortable bedding, brand new bathroom. Breakfast disappointing because of the quantity of dishes presented (although fresh pressed orange juice is offered) but also for the reassortment which is no longer made after 9:30 for the closing time of 10am. Small parking spaces, 3 parking spaces for electric charging right in front of the entrance (only one occupied) at the expense of disabled spaces (only one proposed)

Being an Accor Platinum card holder, I stayed at this hotel almost out of necessity, given that in Clermont-Ferrand there are only two Accor establishments with electric car charging stations, this one and F1 opposite. As soon as I arrived, I was confronted with a careless and unprofessional receptionist. When I wanted to enjoy my Welcoming Drink, I checked my phone to get the redemption code. Unfortunately, the system was out of Service. When I reported it to him, he was unable to suggest another option and quickly began offering me paid drinks while being unpleasant. The next day, I reported the incident to the Receptionist on Service who explained that he was a seasonal worker and was not aware of the procedure. The result is therefore a serious problem of recruitment and training within this institution. To conclude, during breakfast, I invite you to observe what runs in your cup when you take a hot chocolate: water, a little chocolate, water and more water. It is also impossible to chip a hard-boiled egg that is definitely starting to date. Hotel to avoid.
