Best Western Kemaris

This is a good hotel overall but with a few features that could be improved to make it great. We stayed in the older side across the road, I’ve read other reviews not rating this side, but while the corridors are dated the rooms are in lovely, modern and clean and we had a spacious balcony over looking the car park, which was was private and had a great view of the moon and stars above the buildings at night. Beds made up daily with clean towels every day and although it was a in a heat wave the air conditioning was very effective and welcome. Hair dryer in the room and a good strong shower were great. Shutters on balcony patio doors helped to block out light for a good nights sleep. On the done side the room had no fridge despite being a superior room, the hotel claim they have removed all fridges for energy efficiency but it means you can not purchase a bottle of milk for tea/coffee or keep drinks cool. Breakfast was also quite poor for the price, they advertise boiled eggs but they were not available even when we asked we were told it was not possible to boil an egg which seemed odd as boiled eggs go well with a continental breakfast. Scrambled eggs ran out quickly as did the croissants and no one is keeping an eye to make sure they are re stocked. They all ran out of crepes and larger coffee cups .

I highly recommend it. For the second consecutive year, at the same time. Always a warm welcome, clean and pretty room.
