A hotel in freefall... We had already stayed at this hotel about ten years ago, very good memories, BUT in SEPTEMBER 2026 what a disappointment! !! !! Everything has remained as it was, faucets, broken tiles, temperamental air conditioning, and clogged filters. A 3-star NO... Not a small bottle of water in the room, and nothing for sale at the front desk either... Not a box of tissues, cleanliness that leaves something to be desired, a cotton swab under the bed!! A kettle for coffee/tea full of limescale, strange noises all night (pipes??), a TV from another age.... However, let's be honest, panoramic breakfast room and quality breakfast, with local products, very good. Hotel rating: 2/10 Breakfast: 7/10 A piece of advice, for €120 a night without breakfast, I recommend the Ibis!!!!!!!! At least no bad surprises. Exaggerated prices for a hotel deserving a serious facelift.

Fortunately, the hotel's location allows it to have a magnificent view of the bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz. But alas, that is the only thing that will remain in my memory for this hotel. Catastrophic bedding, cleanliness to be reviewed, cotton swab on the floor in the room, dust under the bed, and despite having informed the staff after the 1st night, nothing was done; even in the evening after the room cleaning, the cotton swab was still there, and the dust too. I had to make a scene to be able to get a room worthy of the name, and which had borderline cleanliness. The restaurant business is a profession of passion; the lack of professionalism of the management and involvement in the maintenance of the establishment is sad to see.

We paid €230 a night with a view of the harbor. Our room was on the ground floor with a partial sea view. The sliding glass door barely held together and would not lock; as a result, we had to leave the door open in the evening and at night. No small bottle of water available in the room, no trash can in the bathroom. The hotel needs a good refresh. No mowing, the grass was tall and the few flower beds were not maintained, just weeds. The safety instructions posted in the room are illegible. The small parking lot is very difficult to access. I do not recommend this hotel in its current state.
