We loved this hotel, the staff was extremely friendly, all young people who attended to every detail to make our stay unforgettable. With a perfect location, close to everything, the center, and the beach. The breakfast was very complete, served in a very pleasant room, but what stands out is the kindness of all the staff; although there are stairs, they carried our luggage up, which was a nice touch.

I came across the Alfred Hotels in Biarritz because of an unfortunate travel event, but staying there made all the difference. I would like to thank Luc, Carla and Solern who were absolutely amazing and turned around my day and my mood. I got one of the last room in the annex, very clean and quiet. The bed was absolutely amazing, I was very grateful for the air conditioning. I will not comment on the price, I think that was a particularly busy weekend, but it was worth every penny for my own sanity. Location is perfect, right by the water and loads of restaurants and bars are around. Small, but very convenient parking nearby.

Over the past 10 years, I have stayed in many hotels. The difference is made by the welcome and professionalism of the staff; I rank them number ONE among all the hotels I have frequented. The bedding is very good, the beach is nearby, the street is lively (but you can't hear anything in the room), and there is underground parking nearby (perhaps the hotel could partner with Indigo?). The aquarium is located nearby. Nice breakfast. A very good stay of 4 nights. Disappointing experience.
