well placed hotel in the center of everything Everything is on foot everything is spotless, very clean the breakfast is complete and especially everything is homemade and it is excellent!!! There's an agreement with a parking lot we could benefit from it. The manager is super nice

A very pleasant stay in this quiet hotel, clean and conveniently located in the city center. The bedding is particularly comfortable, perfect for resting well. Breakfast is simply royal: a wide choice of sweet and savoury, with high quality homemade products. A real moment of pleasure to start the day well. But what really made our stay even more pleasant was the welcome. Special mention to the receptionist “multi-tasking” 😉: always smiling, attentive and very professional. Despite his busy schedule, he took the time to chat with us outside of the busy breakfast hours. A simple and very friendly moment that testifies to a true sense of welcome and attention to customers. Another very valuable point: our four-legged friends are welcome and obviously well received. ⚠️ Note: there is no parking reserved for guests, but it is possible to park easily in the surroundings (paid parking). We received a really friendly welcome over and above that at most hotels including booking a vegan restaurant for us. The location is brilliant for all of Biarritz’s sights and we enjoyed the morning market round the corner. The room was comfortable with a fridge and excellent bed. Parking is tricky so we appreciated the hotels pass to a local carpark giving a small discount.
