Exceptional establishment, exceeding my expectations. And even more.. Top-notch location. Top-notch accommodation, very, very clean. And what can I say about the welcome, if not exceptional..!! The welcome even deserves a 10/10 or even 15/10 ..! The staff you meet in the hallways deserves the same rating ..! One of the best Lagrange accommodations I have stayed in ..! The residence Les Patios d’Eugénie enjoys an ideal location, close to the city centre and the Grande Plage. Free outdoor parking offers a few spaces, and covered parking in the basement, accessible by a car elevator, is a real plus in Biarritz where parking can quickly become complicated. The apartment we rented was clean, functional and properly equipped, offering all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. The reception staff deserves special mention: very friendly, available and efficient. An excellent pied-à-terre to enjoy Biarritz, whether for a short stay or a longer holiday.

On arrival, at 11am, the apartment being ready we were able to take possession of it immediately. We enjoyed the quiet in a lively city center, the tourist attraction of the location (beach, shops, restaurants...) and the friendly and professional welcome of the team, Sonia, Frédérique, Pierrick. After an unexpected health problem, Frédérique found a doctor in 10 ́ for an emergency appointment. The kitchen of the apartment allows fast food the limited number of utensils does not facilitate elaborate dishes , but the offers of restaurants are numerous and varied in Biarritz .Quiet nights, small balcony with very convenient tumble dryer. The car lift is difficult to use. Parking in the city is luck.
