I originally had another place to stay for the fetes de bayonne and unfortunately got infested with hornets during the night. As an emergency, we had to find another hotel asap which ibis gladly accomodated for us. fernando was super helpful and also got me a reduced price for the situation! A super hotel manager

The first impression of the room was quite positive: bright and friendly, comfortable bed. My second look revealed a dirty window and curtains with mold stains that also need to be cleaned. I found it quite bad that there was no grab bar on the wall by the bathtub, which you have to step into to shower: slip/accident hazard! The continental breakfast is quite good; unfortunately, the coffee does not come out of the machine hot enough.

Lovely hotel with quirky rooms staff lovely and helpful. Great location
