Residence well placed , very close ilbarritz beach, as well as golf. Perfect location. Nevertheless very average service and does not deserve 4 stars because the apartments are beginning to be aging, a little cool, especially in the bathroom .. where a renovation is required. It is a shame because the apartment is clean and bright, small but well equipped. Ideal for a short stay. The only downside being really the state of the bathroom. Located on the 1st floor, nice view of the park and pool. Nice terrace very nice. Large unclosed parking.

Stayed 2 nights. The residence is very easy to access with ample parking (its location is good not far from the beaches/shops/city center by car) but it is not worth a 4*. Apartment a little old but in good condition and functional, the staff was welcoming, clear instructions for late arrival. Points to improve: breakfast because too basic at this price, cleanliness of the apartment
