Residence Biarritz Ocean

I found my room dirty and decadent. Terrible smell coming from the other apartments kitchens. People passing by making noise all night long (city view room), turning it impossibile to sleep. No wifi (only in the reception, but not working in my room). I krew that there is no air conditioning, but heat is extreme and they do not even provide a ventilator. Terrible terrible experience! Don’t be fooled by the website/booking like me!

Nice enough place. We had a garden room which had a nice balcony. Well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Could do with a fan in the hat though. Special mention to the two ladies on reception. Very helpful and nice. Nelly was particularly helpful when we had a slight issue getting there.

Excellent, well equipped apartment, comfortable bedding. Everything needed for dishes was provided.Very quiet and well soundproofed. Close to the city center, we did everything on foot. Recommend, I will come back to it on the occasion of another stay in Biarritz. Small private parking at an extra charge of 14€ , much cheaper than parking in the city center.
