YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO PASS BOTH DOORS WITHOUT DOING ANY DAMAGE... WALK DOWN THE STAIRS WITHOUT NOTICE AND ENTER THE STUDIO WITHOUT A KEY... A NECKLACE ALSO HAD BEEN STOLEN (A NECKLACE AT 15 EUROS AT MOST) AND AS A COINCIDENCE IT WAS FOUND AT THE TOP OF A CABINET. was shown by the chef who receives the guests, and who was not kind at all). THE HEADMASTER SAYS IT'S NEITHER HER "GOVERNMENT HOUSEKEEPER" NOR THE CLEANING WOMEN SHE TRUSTS AND THERE'S NOBODY AFTER 4:00. I AM WONDERING IF I WAS NOT SEEN AT THE RECEPTION (I WORE MY JEWELRY AND THEN THERE WERE CONNIVANCES BETWEEN SOME EMPLOYEES). (my diamond wedding ring and my solitaire diamond engagement ring) disappeared between 5:30 pm when we left the studio and 10 pm when we returned to the studio (it was very hot, my fingers had swollen in the afternoon during our trip and as soon as we had the studio, I left my 2 rings before we left for dinner, I am absolutely sure, I can see myself putting them next to the sink). However, I failed to return them when I left, and the next morning when I tried to put them back, they weren't where I left them. The manager told me that there were no housekeepers after 4pm; this is inaccurate or not always feasible because my husband and I saw a housekeeper (a lady with a black turban on her head) chatting with a man she seemed to know (not a tourist for sure) and then she went into the housekeeping shed; we parked right across the street and unloaded our bags from the trunk of our car. The manager also told me that she trusted her governess and her extras (we are not at the RITZ, far from it is a Pierre et V residence!!! and told me that I could also tell stories! I don't see the point. I just want to be given back what was taken from me because no one is allowed to enter another person's rental without permission. Besides, it is a shame to rent apartments with such bedding. Flat and worn mattress, you can feel the metal bars of the sofa bed. The small single beds are small and even for bedding, this is not the comfort expected. We tried 2 bedrooms, the 2 sofas need changing and 1 small mattress in each studio as well. We have health concerns the two of us and had to put the little mattresses on the mattress of the sofa bed to get more comfort. This residence does NOT deserve 3 stars!!! The gentleman who received us at the reception is not kind, even rather dry. TO ESCAPE ABSOLUTELY AND PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS. I'LL BE VERY CAREFUL FROM NOW ON.

Residence well located to visit the Basque country. Extra charge (50 euros) for not having a view of the parking lot but for a side view of the Fort of Socoa. Very clean apartment with change of linen mid-stay (15 days stay). Sofa to change (appt 64). Warning: the wifi does not pass at all!

On the positive side, the residence is very well placed, very quiet, close to walks and the beach as well as a large shopping center for shopping. On the other hand, exposure of the accommodation on the north side, you will never see the sun enter the accommodation or on your terrace. The bedding is very uncomfortable mattress side. Fine duvets with covers would be welcome in place of these old unhygienic blankets and sheets badly ironed. We removed the top of the couch which gave off a bad smell. As for the kitchen, it is the bare minimum for household appliances and utensils with a smaller refrigerator than in a camper van. A vacuum cleaner would also be welcome. There is no need for a deckchair on the terrace since there is never any sun.
