Appart hotel Victoria Garden Pau

My experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. We arrived at night, tired of the trip, and the first thing we found was an accommodation in unacceptable conditions: the utensils and cutlery were dirty, the bathroom unsanitary and the glass ceramic broken, made it impossible to prepare the dinner we planned. After a long day, the least one expects is a living space in good condition, something that was clearly not fulfilled. The solution offered by the hotel also did not help improve the situation. We were proposed to go up two floors to cook there and then go down all over the hotel with food. An impromptu, uncomfortable “solution” that does not respond to the level of service that such an establishment should offer. Instead of solving the problem, we were made to feel that we had to adapt to a glitch that was not ours. The next day, the only compensation we were offered was a drink, something we considered insufficient and, of course, we did not accept. After the inconveniences and lack of hygiene, we expected a more serious and appropriate response to the problem, I think they should have at least offered us breakfast the next day. In short, a frustrating experience that I would not recommend. The lack of cleanliness, poor condition of facilities and lack of adequate solutions by staff left much to be desired.

Located in a recent residential building, the room was perfect. Studio type with all amenities inside. The general condition was good and the bedding comfortable. The atmosphere was calm and the state of general cleanliness,no complaints. There is private parking, so top . I haven't tested breakfast. For the location, it is ideal if you do not want to be in the city center and close to many shops. A good address in Pau to avoid much worse hotels for this price range.

Excellent stay of two nights with breakfasts taken on site. Quality hotel apartment with all facilities available in the room.
