Hotel Montilleul

standard reservation via hotel.com, received a hotel.com reservation confirmation at 12:19 PM. Theoretical arrival between 4:30 PM and 7:30 PM, we arrived on site at 6:49 PM and there was no reception, we called the number and it was impossible to get someone directly, impossible to get the entry code: the only key to settle in and take a shower before going out to dinner. 50 minutes passed without any callback, we tried various calls (including hotel.com) and each time it was a virtual operator. A busy weekend, 1 hour of loading, a 2.5-hour trip starting at 6:30 AM, a big day of work during the day, and 50 minutes of waiting with mosquitoes got the better of my patience, we just left for another hotel (Adour) which answered in less than 2 minutes. An operator from the Hotel Montilleul then called me back and thinks that a call in less than an hour is normal given the rate charged!!! I am very often traveling, but here I wonder where the respect for the customer has gone in all of this. So I only recommend this hotel to you if you are overflowing with patience and citronella. We wanted to book this hotel back but it was full. Perfect for a night stop, this hotel offers calm, cleanliness, easy access, easy parking, a large and bright room.

very bad experience. I had to wait 30 minutes without news before I got the access codes to get home. Pension was empty. There was a cigarette smell in the room and the wi-fi didn't work. Barely arrived I had upwellings of sewage in the sink which remained blocked. The foot of the sink began to leak into the shower tray next to it. A faecal odor spread throughout the room because no door in the bathroom. I called the Pension several times without success. At 8 o'clock in the evening I'm called back to tell me that someone's only coming out the next day. I had no offer to change rooms and my interlocutor hung up on me. I had to leave and stay at another Inn at my own expense. Now the Montilleul Inn won't refund me. I strongly discourage this place which is unhealthy and insecure.
