Poorly insulated room so cold because the window closes badly, uncomfortable bedding and hair observed on the sheets

Great location, but poor quality hotel. Clean but v drab. We left after one night. The manager expressed no surprise. All bookings are non-refundable. On asking for accommodation at other hotels, they are used to "refugees" fleeing this hotel. My recommendation: Don't. Stay. there.

Excellent value for money for this hotel conveniently located in the center of Pau. The rooms are clean and cozy, breakfast buffet is plentiful and very affordable. Well heated and well soundproofed rooms The welcome is particularly good.
