Hotel du Parc

A former 4-star hotel that is now a 3-star, this hotel must think URGENTLY about a complete and thorough renovation of the rooms and its common areas, which have remained unchanged and without work for over 12 years... The bedding is horrible, the carpet is sun-bleached...! It is a real shame because the site and the location are beautiful and deserve much better. However, we see a glimmer of hope with a new management team that seems to want to change things... To be continued..!

Booked a hotel night as a couple and found the lobby floor in pieces, a room not very clean because there were bugs in the bathroom and in the towels, and the toilet bowl full of unflushed toilet paper. One wonders if the cleaning is done every day. When you tell the front desk, it doesn't seem to surprise them, and there was no gesture on their part despite the elevator being broken and the room being on the 3rd floor. At the restaurant level, we had a glitch with an order with a fairly long wait to redo it, but the servers handled it very well, which is why the 3 stars, otherwise there would have only been 2. And the casino, the 2 people who take care of it are very good. Too bad that in 5 years the hotel has not improved. Disappointed with our weekend
