Camping La Pinede Enchantee

The reception was rather pleasant. Until entering the mobile home, faulty air conditioning, asked for help at reception, a gardener technician, not even a real technician who speaks very poorly to his clients. Furthermore, the manager is not very pleasant with her clients either and does not want to hear anything. The premises were very dirty even though there are cleaning ladies; bags of chips found under the beds, traces of dust everywhere, shower very narrow and impractical, plus a lack of space for just a family of 3. As for the pool, it is very cold and small for everyone, and they can have very strict rules about it; security is almost nonexistent, and the prices are expensive for croissants, chocolate croissants, etc. Loud music until late and, above all, pretty terrible musical taste. And what's more, there is no washing machine in the mobile home; we have to go pay for a washing machine next to the pool. Noisy little carts to transport belongings because apparently "it's for the children's safety," even though better-rated campsites allow us to go to our mobile home with the car. Furthermore, the staff is very disrespected, with security having to send a message to every client to park their car better because the manager has nothing else to do. Parking is very inadequate for 4x4 type vehicles because otherwise you block everyone; posts are placed there and block the doors and/or the trunk. The gate code does not change, so former clients can come back if they want to. And the security guards who do late rounds to see if we are actually from the campsite (poor things). And compared to us, the manager is set up in a concrete house with the air conditioning on full blast, but she complains because the gardener is working in 104°F weather; sorry, but that is his job. If you want a campsite, there are much better ones in the surrounding area. So I advise against this campsite.

On the plus side: very well maintained campsite, affordable price, the lady very friendly maintenance. On the negative side: who says pedestrian camping, says mobile home very glued to others, despite the surrounding pine forest we feel choked. The mobile home for 4 is extremely small with no bcp storage and heavy water condensation at night on windows and walls. The bedding is really first price.

I am unhappy because I made the deposit by phone, a number that the campsite had given me. I was deducted 10€ apparently it is normal management fee by phone. So pay attention, at no time was this fee reported to me. Really disappointed and the campsite relieves itself of this responsibility.
