Maeva les Balcons de Collioure

A stay at the top in this residence. The accommodation has just been renovated, is very well insulated, well equipped, functional, with a magnificent view of the collioure bay. Once the car is parked in the parking lot, everything is done on foot if you stay in Collioure. We'll come back to that.

The positives: the beautiful view, the value for money, the good bedding for the convertible sofa. The interior cleanliness The points to improve: the paid parking spaces not included and very narrow!!!! The terrace, uncleaned chairs and tables (gull caves, pollen, etc.) The pool is unheated and therefore super cold.... The common areas leave to be desired we feel that it is renovated but hide misery... Unpleasant smells of sewers...it doesn't make a great impression from the moment you arrive... But the apartments are clean.

Reasonably priced, a bit cold (March). Plenty of restaurants and waking in east distance, I suspect we would not like it in peak season but otherwise fine. Calm are of a quiet large village, would definitely come again, plenty of things to look at
